Day at the beach (May)

For Mother's Day Dave planned a special day at the beach for the family. We packed a picnic and off we went. We found a nice beach but it was quite a journey getting all our gear down the the hill. After we finally made it down we pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. Emma and Kate had fun digging in the sand. Dave and Emma did some exploring and even came across some interesting things.


Hard to see in the picture, but Emma and Dave found a starfish in one of the tide pools.
