Kate's first time to the dentist (10/17)

Kate had her first visit to the dentist today. She was OK about it in the beginning. She didn't mind when they counted her teeth and she even got to pretend to be a dentist. They had these play instruments and she got to count and check the teeth on a stuffed animal. All of that was fine until the dentist came. She didn't mind the earlier stuff but now she was all done with people looking at her teeth. She was able to lay down in my lap and the dentist was able to get a look at her teeth. He was able to clean them a little but that was about it. I thought she did terrific.
